List sites

Read sites accessible to the Webflow token.

Inputs

InputTypeHow to use it
AccountAccountRequired. Choose a saved Webflow connection from this workspace’s account selector. Create or reconnect it in Settings > Connectors first. Do not paste a password, API key or token into this field.

Result

Returns site objects in sites. No paging controls are exposed; the command does not publish or modify a site.

Example

Choose your Webflow Account and add List sites. This command needs no other settings beyond the inputs described above. These are illustrative values: replace example IDs and addresses with your own permitted test values. Inspect the returned result before continuing.

Errors and limits

Check token site access and CMS-read scope. Use collection IDs rather than names; these commands do not publish content. Reconnect an unavailable connection in Settings > Connectors. Isolated tests and live debugging do not contact external services; Use live data is needed for an intended live call. If rate-limited, wait before retrying. Total input is limited to 64 KiB and results to 2 MiB; use smaller pages, narrower filters or less depth when too large. Calls wait up to 30 seconds, or less if the workflow reaches its own time limit. A timeout does not prove that a create/send failed, so check the provider before repeating it.

List collections

Read CMS collections belonging to a Webflow site.

Inputs

InputTypeHow to use it
AccountAccountRequired. Choose a saved Webflow connection from this workspace’s account selector. Create or reconnect it in Settings > Connectors first. Do not paste a password, API key or token into this field.
SitetextRequired. Site ID from List sites, within this token’s permitted site access. Twidget text limit: 8,192 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower.

Result

Returns collections with IDs, display names and other available metadata. No content is changed.

Example

Choose your Webflow Account and add List collections. Set Site = "580e63e98c9a982ac9b8b741". These are illustrative values: replace example IDs and addresses with your own permitted test values. Inspect the returned result before continuing.

List collection items

Read staged CMS collection items from Webflow.

Inputs

InputTypeHow to use it
AccountAccountRequired. Choose a saved Webflow connection from this workspace’s account selector. Create or reconnect it in Settings > Connectors first. Do not paste a password, API key or token into this field.
CollectiontextRequired. CMS collection ID from List collections, not its display name or site ID. Twidget text limit: 8,192 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower.
OffsetnumberOptional. How many items to skip. Omit for 0; use a whole number from 0 to 1,000,000. Increase by the returned item count for the next page.
LimitnumberOptional. Maximum items requested in this page. Omit for 25; use a whole number from 1 to 100. The provider may return fewer items.

Result

Returns items and pagination with limit, offset and total. Increase Offset by the returned item count to continue. These are staged items; nothing is published.

Example

Choose your Webflow Account and add List collection items. Set Collection = "63692ab61fb2852f582ba8f5"; Offset = 0; Limit = 10. These are illustrative values: replace example IDs and addresses with your own permitted test values. Inspect the returned result before continuing.

Test safely

Isolated tests and live debugging do not call connected providers. Enable Use live data only when you intend to contact the account. Writes, messages and AI requests can change real data or incur provider charges. A successful connection check does not prove access to every action. These examples explain the command contract; they are not evidence of a completed live provider request.
