Read a provider page of tasks from a ClickUp List.
Inputs
| Input | Type | How to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Account | Required. Choose a saved ClickUp connection from this workspace’s account selector. Create or reconnect it in Settings > Connectors first. Do not paste a password, API key or token into this field. |
| List | text | Required. ClickUp List ID from its URL. A Space, Folder or task ID is not a List ID. Twidget text limit: 8,192 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower. |
| Page | number | Optional. Page number. Omit to start at 0; increase by 1 to continue, keeping other selection fields unchanged. Use a whole number from 0 to 1,000,000; provider page limits can be lower. |
Result
Returns tasks and provider paging information such as last_page. Page starts at 0; increase it to continue. No page-size control is exposed.
Example
Choose your ClickUp Account and add List tasks. Set List = "123456789"; Page = 0. These are illustrative values: replace example IDs and addresses with your own permitted test values. Inspect the returned result before continuing.
Errors and limits
Check native List/task IDs and workspace access. Required custom fields or List rules may prevent creation. Reconnect an unavailable connection in Settings > Connectors. Isolated tests and live debugging do not contact external services; Use live data is needed for an intended live call. If rate-limited, wait before retrying. Total input is limited to 64 KiB and results to 2 MiB; use smaller pages, narrower filters or less depth when too large. Calls wait up to 30 seconds, or less if the workflow reaches its own time limit. A timeout does not prove that a create/send failed, so check the provider before repeating it.
Read one ClickUp task using its native ID.

|---|---|---|
| Account | Account | Required. Choose a saved ClickUp connection from this workspace’s account selector. Create or reconnect it in Settings > Connectors first. Do not paste a password, API key or token into this field. |
| Task | text | Required. Native ClickUp task ID from an earlier result. Do not use a custom display code. Twidget text limit: 8,192 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower. |
Result
Returns the task object with id, name and other provider-supplied task details.
Example
Choose your ClickUp Account and add Get task. Set Task = "86abc123". These are illustrative values: replace example IDs and addresses with your own permitted test values. Inspect the returned result before continuing.

| Name | text | Required. Title for the new task. List rules and required custom fields still apply. Twidget text limit: 32,768 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower. |
| Description | text | Optional. Optional plain text description for the new task. Twidget text limit: 32,768 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower. |
Result
Returns the created task object and id. List rules and required custom fields can affect creation.
Example
Choose your ClickUp Account and add Create task. Set List = "123456789"; Name = "Review demo request". These are illustrative values: replace example IDs and addresses with your own permitted test values. An intended live run creates/changes data or sends a message; inspect its receipt before repeating it.

Isolated tests and live debugging do not call connected providers. Enable Use live data only when you intend to contact the account. Writes, messages and AI requests can change real data or incur provider charges. A successful connection check does not prove access to every action. These examples explain the command contract; they are not evidence of a completed live provider request.
