List sent emails

Browse sent-email records in the connected Resend account.

Inputs

InputTypeHow to use it
AccountAccountRequired. Choose a saved Resend connection from this workspace’s account selector. Create or reconnect it in Settings > Connectors first. Do not paste a password, API key or token into this field.
CursortextOptional. Continuation value from the final item’s id in data. Omit for the first page. Copy it unchanged and keep the same filters. Twidget text limit: 32,768 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower.
LimitnumberOptional. Maximum items requested in this page. Omit for 25; use a whole number from 1 to 100. The provider may return fewer items.

Result

Returns email records in data and has_more. Put the last record’s id into Cursor while has_more is true.

Example

Choose your Resend Account and add List sent emails. Set Limit = 10. Leave Cursor unset for the first page. These are illustrative values: replace example IDs and addresses with your own permitted test values. Inspect the returned result before continuing.

Errors and limits

Check key permissions, verified domain and allowed recipients. Save email IDs to inspect later delivery information. Reconnect an unavailable connection in Settings > Connectors. Isolated tests and live debugging do not contact external services; Use live data is needed for an intended live call. If rate-limited, wait before retrying. Total input is limited to 64 KiB and results to 2 MiB; use smaller pages, narrower filters or less depth when too large. Calls wait up to 30 seconds, or less if the workflow reaches its own time limit. A timeout does not prove that a create/send failed, so check the provider before repeating it.

Get email

Read status and details for a previously sent Resend email.

Inputs

InputTypeHow to use it
AccountAccountRequired. Choose a saved Resend connection from this workspace’s account selector. Create or reconnect it in Settings > Connectors first. Do not paste a password, API key or token into this field.
EmailtextRequired. ID of a previously sent Resend email from an earlier result. This field expects an email ID, not an address. Twidget text limit: 8,192 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower.

Result

Returns the email record, including id and available sender, recipient, content and delivery-event details.

Example

Choose your Resend Account and add Get email. Set Email = "11111111-1111-4111-8111-111111111111". These are illustrative values: replace example IDs and addresses with your own permitted test values. Inspect the returned result before continuing.

Send email

Send a plain text email from a verified Resend domain.

Inputs

InputTypeHow to use it
AccountAccountRequired. Choose a saved Resend connection from this workspace’s account selector. Create or reconnect it in Settings > Connectors first. Do not paste a password, API key or token into this field.
FromtextRequired. Sender on a verified Resend domain. A supported display-name form such as Demo <sender@example.test> may also be used. Twidget text limit: 32,768 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower.
TotextRequired. One recipient email address as text. Twidget text limit: 32,768 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower.
SubjecttextRequired. Subject line of the outgoing email. Twidget text limit: 32,768 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower.
BodytextRequired. Plain text email content. HTML, templates and attachments are not supported by this command. Twidget text limit: 32,768 characters; provider-specific limits may be lower.

Result

Returns the send receipt, normally id. Reuse id in Get email; acceptance is not a delivery guarantee.

Example

Choose your Resend Account and add Send email. Set From = "sender@example.test"; To = "alex@example.test"; Subject = "Demo workflow message"; Body = "Hello from the demo workflow.". These are illustrative values: replace example IDs and addresses with your own permitted test values. An intended live run creates/changes data or sends a message; inspect its receipt before repeating it.

Test safely

Isolated tests and live debugging do not call connected providers. Enable Use live data only when you intend to contact the account. Writes, messages and AI requests can change real data or incur provider charges. A successful connection check does not prove access to every action. These examples explain the command contract; they are not evidence of a completed live provider request.
