Check the resource IDs and required read or edit permissions. Wait after provider rate limiting. Use live data is required; isolated tests and live debugging cannot contact these services. Provider requests time out after 30 seconds. Google responses are limited to 16 MiB.

Example

Account: choose your Google Forms connector. Form: form-id.

Errors and limits

Reconnect the matching app in Settings if the connection is unavailable. Check the resource IDs and required read or edit permissions. Wait after provider rate limiting. Get responses to a form

Read form responses across up to ten pages.

Inputs

InputTypeHow to use it
AccountAccountChoose a saved Google Forms connector from this organization. Create or reconnect it in Settings > Connectors. Do not enter an API key, password or email address here.
Formgoogle forms formSelect the Google Form or supply its form ID from the editor address. This is not the linked responses spreadsheet ID.

A list of response objects, or [] for no responses. Entries can contain responseId, createTime, lastSubmittedTime and answers. If more than 1,000 responses or ten pages are needed, the command fails instead of returning a partial list.

Example

Account: choose your Google Forms connector. Form: form-id. For larger forms, use List form responses with a page token.

Errors and limits

The connected account needs response-read access. Switch to List form responses and process pages individually if this response limit is reached. Reconnect the matching app in Settings if the connection is unavailable. Check the resource IDs and required read or edit permissions. Wait after provider rate limiting. Use live data is required; isolated tests and live debugging cannot contact these services. Provider requests time out after 30 seconds. Google responses are limited to 16 MiB.

Errors and limits

This is permanent form-file deletion and needs Drive deletion permission. Do not confuse the form ID with its linked responses spreadsheet ID.

List form responses

Read one page of form responses, optionally filtered by submission time.

Inputs

InputTypeHow to use it
AccountAccountChoose a saved Google Forms connector from this organization. Create or reconnect it in Settings > Connectors. Do not enter an API key, password or email address here.
FormtextSelect the Google Form or supply its form ID from the editor address. This is not the linked responses spreadsheet ID.
FiltertextOptional filter using timestamp > or timestamp >= followed by a UTC date/time ending in Z, such as timestamp >= 2026-11-01T00:00:00Z. These are the supported comparisons; empty adds no filter. This does not search question answers.
CursortextLeave empty for the first page. For later pages, pass the previous result's nextPageToken unchanged and keep the same filters. Do not use a page number.
LimitnumberWhole number from 1 to 100 for this page. Defaults to 25. The provider may return fewer items; check its next-page token.

Result

Google's page object with responses and nextPageToken when another page exists. responses may be absent or empty; answers remain in Google's response-object format.

Example

Account: choose your Google Forms connector. Form: form-id; Filter: timestamp >= 2026-11-01T00:00:00Z; Limit: 25.

Errors and limits

Check the form ID, response-read permissions and timestamp filter. Continue using nextPageToken rather than fetching an unbounded list.

Test safely

Isolated tests and live debugging do not call connected providers. Enable Use live data only when you intend to contact the account. Writes, messages and AI requests can change real data or incur provider charges. A successful connection check does not prove access to every action. These examples explain the command contract; they are not evidence of a completed live provider request.
